During this short trip, I chose this hotel as my resting place. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by its warm atmosphere. The receptionist at the front desk had a smile and attentive service, and checked in It was fast and smooth, making me feel at home. The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast service was rich and varied. When I checked out, the front desk staff quickly helped me complete the check-out procedures and patiently asked me about my feelings and experiences during my stay. Recommendation, this customer-centered service attitude makes me deeply satisfied, as well as the service quality and the overall atmosphere. 非常新的一家酒店，有點偏，周圍什麼都沒有，離吾悦廣場15公里，吃飯不太方便。晚上想點餓了麼外賣都送不過來。房間足夠大，收拾得也挺乾淨。門太重，且沒有緩沖，每次關門，聲音響得有心臟病的人受不了。早餐品種較少，主打麪和水餃，其他衹有粥和一些中式的饅頭玉米這些主食，沒有菜，沒有任何飲料（豆漿除外）。另外，比較離譜的是，我們定了兩間大床房，其中一間床墊裝反了。怪不得前兩個晚上睡得我們腰痠背痛，比以前椰棕床都要硬，幸虧家人把床單掀開來，用手按壓上下床墊才發現，朝上的一面有一層硬板紙，明顯是放反了。於是去了隔壁另一間房試躺了一下，果然沒有那麼硬。天啊，我們竟然睡了兩天反面的床墊，太搞笑了。後面和前台反映後，讓人重新調了一下，第三晚總算是睡到正常的床墊了。住了那麼多酒店，第一次發生這種事情，刷新了我的認知。
