這次入住的體驗非常好！從入住到離店，酒店管家張森林的服務讓我們感到非常滿意。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，無邊泳池，歡迎水果，晚安粥送房很暖心。可以借自行車沿湖逛逛，也可以馬路上租電瓶車去珠溪古鎮。房間很安靜睡得很好，整體感覺很放鬆很温暖很度假風，計劃下次帶小孩再來。

雙休到鹽城玩幾天，入住港府文華酒店，臨湖而建，環境優雅，房間設計大氣，經典藍色基調非常好看，房間淋雨龍頭有點問題，漂亮管家Emma小姐馬上幫助解決，贊一個👍 就是酒店離市區遠一點，還是推薦！

户外燒烤套餐（房間贈送使用）:在湖邊燒烤，挺舒服的。
環境：湖邊優美，就是無邊泳池還沒有開放，裏面的水臟的要命。周邊也比較荒，比較空，周邊也沒有啥好玩的

五一節假日期間來的，人挺多，酒店服務不錯呢，整個酒店環境也很不錯，靠近湖邊，也有無邊泳池。打卡是個不錯的選擇。早餐口味可以，品種蠻多，酒店有專業攝影師給拍照，照片也是免費的。Lucy服務很好。免費停車場。

鹽城港府文華酒店體驗：高期待下的失望
五一帶娃出遊，千挑萬選入住港府文華，結果很失望…
酒店所有評價以“定製早餐送房”“晚安粥”“管家服務”為宣傳賣點，但實際體驗大打折扣。
📌早餐品質堪憂：沒有宣傳中的早餐送房服務，早餐簡陋種類少的可憐，總共一個吧枱，品質也非常一般，無五星級水準。
📌晚安粥成空談：我理解中的晚安粥是客房服務，但酒店告知要去大堂領取，小朋友8點出頭去餐廳“領取”晚安粥，詢問後被告知人手不夠，8點半以後再來……
📌私湯房設計缺陷：落地窗遮光簾形同虛設，清晨陽光直射影響睡眠，聯繫加個遮光窗簾。
住了一天果斷退房，兒子調侃，“文華”背刺了他😅

住了湖景套房，房間很不錯，對着湖景，衞生間乾濕分離，還有私湯可泡，全程管家服務，微信告知即送來所需物品。套餐享有下午茶，廚師現做，一般酒店很少碰到，可送房間也可在餐廳享用，除了糕點外，還有三文魚和牛肉酥，意料之外。晚上還有晚安粥，配了醬菜三小碟，也是不多見了。最意外的是，酒店送了三張親子精修旅拍照，攝影師水平不錯，非常滿意。另外有水上摩託艇和汽車艇可玩，酒店會幫忙預約，在酒店碼頭即可上傳，汽車艇是法拉利造型，危險係數較低，孩子玩得非常高興。工作人員也會主動打招呼，管理層很熱情。酒店整體非常不錯，推薦入住，不過想成為五星酒店，一些細節上還需注意，比如早餐應帶客入固定位，房間的浴缸窗台也應保持整潔等。祝酒店越來越好！代表鹽城文華的高端水準！
