The hotel is really nice. The service started in the garage. The butler Zhang Senlin's luggage cart was waiting at the door to help with the luggage. There were hot towels and tea when checking in. The service details were very good. There was a fruit snack mini bar in the room. The photographer took great photos. It was very quiet to rest at night. It is a very suitable hotel for vacation. I recommend tourists to come and check in.

入住有送甜點水果和夜間燒烤，退房有送小禮物，管家張森林服務挺好的，提拿行李，帶客進門，整體很滿意。這個好評主要是為著管家了。
當天前台提前10分鐘催退房，話術匹配不上這個酒店檔次，建議加強培訓。別家三星酒店也沒有這麼生硬的了。另外本來圖離音樂節近選的，誰知道因為封路進出打車反而不方便了。

酒店三面環湖，無邊泳池風景無敵，設施設備智能，酒店的服務太貼心周到了，大堂經理能做到及時解決住客問題，這裏特別對員工張森林表示感謝，入住期間每天還有晚安粥服務，住得非常舒服，以後來鹽城還會選擇這家酒店，非常棒的一次體驗！
