This year I chose to come to Yancheng for the Chinese New Year and stayed at the InterContinental Yancheng Gangfu Hotel. Every staff member in the hotel lobby was warm and courteous, making us feel at home. The beautiful lobby restaurant and rich breakfast add to the flavor of the New Year. This time I want to thank the staff of the InterContinental Hotel Hong Kong from the bottom of my heart. On the way back from the hotel, I suddenly discovered that my leather suit was missing. I immediately called the front desk of the hotel. The young man at the front desk immediately helped me find it and contacted the courier for me. Send it back. Thank you to the young man at the hotel for caring about the guests' concerns. This spirit of wholehearted customer service is worthy of praise. I would also like to thank a hotel attendant named LISA who gave us a beautiful small gift when we left the hotel. Her warm smile made us feel like spring breeze. The hotel has a rich breakfast. The twin room is very friendly to families with children. The bed is big enough and suitable for parent-child travel. The hotel has ample parking space and free parking for in-house guests. The soundproofing of the room is relatively poor, and the sound of people talking and closing the door can be heard clearly, but the overall effect is not too big. When we checked in, we checked with the front desk to see if breakfast for children under 13 years old was free. The front desk noticed that our child was tall and asked us to pay for the adult breakfast. We explained that Ctrip said that children under 17 years old (inclusive) were free. The front desk seemed a little unaware of this policy, but They will be solved in time later, overall it is good. It's quite novel to have a robot deliver your takeout to your room. It's quite close to Water Street, so you can go shopping at night.

The hotel is in a good location, with parking lots both above and below the ground, which is safe and convenient. There are many delicious foods around. Not many restaurants were open on the third day of the ***** New Year, but the ”Huaiyang cuisine” restaurant that was open tasted very good, authentic Huaiyang cuisine, and is worth recommending. The hotel facilities and service are thoughtful, especially the waiter on the 14th floor is considerate and warm. The hotel gym is well-equipped, well-managed, and the breakfast is rich. I will stay here again when I come to Yancheng.

New hotel, friendly staff but is going to be outdated soon. Bad sound proofing , lots of drunk Chinese people shouting in the corridor at night time. The breakfast variety is so poor for Europeans. Please teach your staff in the restaurant to cook sunny side up eggs and refill the dishes without reminding. Overall, it’s not “real Hilton” experience.

I rarely give hotels less than three stars, but I have to say this time. First, the advantages. The location is good and close to the water street, which is one of the reasons why I chose Shuicheng Hotel at that time. The disadvantages. One star is deducted for the poor air conditioning. Yancheng is now around 10℃ at night. The room is very cold. Adults and children are sneezing and running noses. One star is deducted for the poor shower. The shower head basically does not produce water. The water pressure of the top spray is very low. When children take a shower, the water is basically cold on their bodies. Half a star is deducted for the decoration smell in the room and the sound insulation is average. Half a star is deducted for the children's products, which are only toothbrushes and slippers, and the adult toothbrush sets are also average, not as good as those of Atour or Huanpeng. Another half star is deducted for the service, but considering that there may be many people during the holidays, let it be. In short, it is not recommended to stay with children.

The stay experience for two consecutive nights is particularly good, and it must be praised seriously! First of all, the service is particularly intimate, from check-in to continued communication is very efficient, there is a demand response is fast, there is no impatience at all; Secondly, the room is clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding is just soft and hard, sleep for one night, especially relieve fatigue, the health details are in place; the last location is also very convenient, go out to eat, travel do not have to go around the road, diagonally opposite is Baolong Square, has been recommended to friends in the same industry, next time you come to Yancheng to choose here!

Basically satisfied in all aspects. The reception staff at the front desk was attentive and the room arrangement was very satisfactory. The room has a wide view and makes people feel good. The interior is hygienic and comfortable, the details are in place, the facilities are complete, and the decoration style is elegant and comfortable. The bathroom has a top spray, sufficient water, and the toilet is smart. The breakfast is rich in variety and has leek cakes.

We chose Orange Hotel when we took our kids out for a trip and they upgraded us to a room with a view. There are also breakfast coupons. The room was great, with a large floor-to-ceiling window and a very comfortable bed. The kids said it felt like they were lying in marshmallows. Clean and sanitary, good service attitude, delicious breakfast, everything is very satisfactory. My child likes to eat orange candy. The lady at the front desk gave him a handful of it and orange biscuits. She also gave him some fruit when he left. It was so thoughtful. I really like the hotel’s fish soup noodles!

This wasn’t my first time staying in Mingcheng Jinjiang hotel but I must say this time they reminded me how great they are.. I contacted them in advance asking them if they will provide temporary residence registration form. They were super professional especially Sandy Li, who made sure the form was ready. Check-in was smooth and quick, car parking was super convenient. Hotel room was clean and spacious. I asked for a bottle of water, they sent 3 bottles. They were amazing throughout my stay there. It’s a pity I missed breakfast both days as I woke up late hahaha.. but overall an amazing experience.. will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yancheng.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless—perfect for families. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation, a nearby mall, and plenty of dining and shopping options. The reception staff and housekeeping team were attentive and took great care of us. I’ll definitely be returning!
