Due to lack of staff during the holidays, the service was a bit discounted. The size of the room is quite large, but the equipment and facilities are a bit insufficient. For example, in places where it rains, there is only a shower head on the top, which can only rain water from the top of the head, which is very inconvenient.

There were scratches on the table in the room. We only slept at night and there was no one during the day. We deducted 120 yuan without any evidence. This is what a five-star hotel does. I am so poor.

The hotel is average, there is a strong smell of smoke in the room. At first, the front desk gave me a room on the 5th floor. I asked if she could change it to a higher floor. She said that you can only book on this floor on Ctrip. This is obviously deceiving customers!
