有一説一，民宿很不錯，性價比很高，還有個大院子公區，院子樓頂都可以喝茶。房東超級熱情，第一天還到門口接我們，一路帶我們進房間，還給了我們好多旅行建議，真的幫我們避了很多坑。
交通方便，旁邊就是古建，晚上景色很好，停車也方便。
乾淨衞生，設施齊全，住着挺舒服的，房間大小剛好，雖然在景區，但晚上還是挺安靜的，隔音效果也不錯。

網上訂了一間標準間，網上顯示沒房了提前跟商家聯繫再留一間房。説好的價格，到店再付。3號到店商家臨時加價，態度強硬：不住就退。假期房間難定，並且帶着長者小孩還有行李已經到了沒辦法，衹能辦理入住。房間衞生很差，衞生間門關不嚴，有很臭的下水管道味道。帶小孩多要一個枕頭也沒有。隔音也很差半夜有人入住洗漱聲，走路的聲音聽的清清楚楚。唯一好評是在郭峪古城裡，出行停車都很方便。

客棧在郭峪古城內，乾淨安靜，小巷有歷史氣息，古老的建築，郭峪村很少見到村民，全部集中安排住在新安置的樓房。此客棧離景區和公共交通中心都不遠，可以步行到達，雖然房間不大設定一般，但老闆和老闆娘服務熱心，值得推薦給大家。

这里有一个院子,二楼也有長桌和椅子,可以很悠閒的喝点茶,和老闆談談天,也有个天台,可晾衣服,挺好的.
枕頭床單也很乾淨, 白白的,都是在天台太陽下晒的.
这民宿最棒的是老闆服務好,很熱情. 第一天到公车站接我,我說喜欢二楼开陽一点的房间,他第二天就給我換到二楼,还替我拿行理上楼.
本來是住兩晚,但閒談下来,他介紹一些附近的景点,看过资料後,我也有興趣,就多住了一晚, 我問他怎样去,他说明天他出城,正好順路,可免費帶上我,还说我何時回來就給他电话,他來接我,結果事事如願,介紹的景点也非常好看,不停讚歎山西實在大美！
最令人感動的就是感到他会担心我,我坐他车回到郭峪古城後就在古城再逛一下,天快黑也沒回客棧,他就打電話問我在哪,可能因我已上了年紀,也是独自旅行吧,真貼心.
能改善的地方：一楼到二楼那一塊可收拾一下,看上去美观整一点.

這基本是郭裕古城裡最具性價比的民宿了，房間乾淨整潔，環境真的非常棒，不僅在景區裏而且就在景點邊上，天時地利人和。這個季節來玩，不僅天氣涼爽人還少，還有景區的燈光活動氛圍感十足！老闆娘特別熱心，會介紹一下當地有特色的飯店和遊玩項目，還幫我們解決了充電和停車各種問題，熱情好客，貼心周到！下次來還考慮這裏住宿！

房間設施齊全，房東服務情，地理位置不錯，皇城相府景區就在旁邊，轉完之後在郭峪古城逛逛很愜意，最有意思的居然是豫樓地道！有時間避開節假日住兩天過過小山村的生活也不錯👍

感古風韻，習儒釋道。
“處無為之事，行無言之教”
古村郭峪村自古以來經濟繁榮，文風鼎盛，由唐至清，村內考取功名者多達八十 餘人，民間有“金谷十里長，才子出郭峪”的美譽。特別是明清兩朝，包括陳氏家族在內，這個小村一共產生了十五位進士、十八位舉人，也出現過一門四進士的科舉世家和擔任侍郎等職的官宦人家。
豫樓客棧就在豫樓之下，孩子在客棧露台靜心學習感進士第之遺風。老闆比我略小一些人實在憨厚，仁孝妻合，其母和藹可親，阿姨對我們照顧有佳。下次還帶娃兒來住。

老闆熱情，房東奶奶人非常好，獨立衞生間，樓上風景很好，住在古城裡麪不用買門票，體驗不錯。停車停在北門外的馬路邊，不貼條，不花錢。這家客棧是離豫樓最近的，視野非常好！值得推薦！有空調有桌子，經濟實惠！
