酒店的整體環境不錯！離皇城相府很近！但是酒店房間裏的設施很老舊，傢俱破破舊舊的一看就是十幾年前的裝修！連淋浴房都沒有～服務人員的態度一般吧，不好不壞！

優點：酒店外環境很好；工作人員很客氣，有較強的服務意識；免費接駁車送去景區。
缺點：
房間裏盡然有臭癟子（毒蟲），真不知道酒店啥管理的。
下水道堵了，洗臉刷牙弄成“水漫金山”。
洗澡的花灑近似等於不出熱水，12點到酒店睡覺，盡然沒了熱水。

酒店位置超絕，環境特別美，媽媽説了好多次，住了三天皮膚都變好了… 就是設施陳舊，屋裡有潮氣味，還是在浴缸裏面噴淋的那種，和這個環境不符，哈哈哈，總之滿意在環境和景區！

衞生：但是挺乾淨的
環境：酒店在山上，後面就是景區，酒店門前房後的很漂亮
服務：服務特別特別贊，尤其是門前保安大爺大媽，兩個人特別貼心，我們到時候是個大媽我們剛停車就推來推車幫忙拿行李，走的時候是大爺的班，我們本想坐景區車，大爺已經很耐心的給我們指路，但是看我們走後還是不放心，又專門追上給我們帶過去。

自駕山西第一晚，酒店環境很好，位置在山上，步行下山到景區門口大約20分鐘，有電瓶車可以接送，親子房間設備齊全，孩子喜歡小帳篷和積木桌，就是空調製冷效果太太太好了，除了冷沒別的毛病😂
