房間很寬大明亮，床鋪很舒服，挺實。有大沙發，寫字枱，還有小冰箱，甚至衞生間裏還有直飲水，雖然不知道水是否符合要求。
這是離皇城相府最近的酒店而非民宿。最大的缺點是通往客房的電梯不能夠直達大堂，需要攀登將近20個台階！旁邊的坡道非常陡，拉行李箱上下很不方便且危險。看到送布草來的車子也是很費勁的推上去，想象送下來的困難程度。不知道這設計師的腦子是怎麼想的？

皇城相府貴賓樓在皇城相府景區北門不遠，有挺大的停車場，免費停車，早餐豐盛，一樓還有洗浴中心住店免費洗浴，步行去皇城相府，還有免費的電瓶車送到附近的郭峪古堡，海城書院，很是方便的。

設施：設施齊全，國營招待所較高的標準，該有的都有。
衞生：乾淨整潔。
環境：距離景區很近，對過就是，步行幾分鐘就到。
服務：嚴肅認真，一板一眼
院內的停車場挺大，需要注意導航來不要進入第一個遊客中心，從外面直接可以繞着郭峪古城後面到酒店。導航默認給導航到遊客中心，坐了30元的中巴車服了10元車費。

設施：已轎陳舊。
衞生：良好，符合基本標準。
環境：地理位置很好，貼近皇城相府北門。
服務：一般。
定位酒店導航不能到達，直接還得繞上三公里，穿過三個隧道，交匯不少重型卡車。晚上酒店燈光挺好。跟酒店服務員交流，發現她比我開長途的還累，應該是在山西旅遊期間最為冷淡的，沒有遇到不愉快。皇城相府還是值得一遊的。

豪華賓館的外觀，門牌很漂亮。但是內部真的是老式國營賓館的既視感，房間倒是挺大，衞生不太乾淨，熱水放了二十分鐘才放出來，晚上居然還停電了，停電半天修不好。最大的優勢是離景區近。

老牌賓館了，設施有待提高。位置很佳，距離景區非常近，步行僅需幾分鐘，吃飯也很方便，酒店有自己的餐廳。晚上廣場擺夜市，大廚的水平很高，早餐沒體現出來。浴室的門都沒了，水擋不住。
