前台態度很差，晚上入住快凌晨十二點了，房間隔音很差，一大早沒休息好，身體很難受，跟前台商量着説一下能不能延時一下退房時間，前台直接説不可以系統延時不了，這可能就是所謂的以自己最大的權限為難別人吧，更噁心的是之前有過他們酒店的入住，還打騷擾電話要好評，給他們店長打了電話才得到同意，差評是給前台那一個店員跟房間隔音問題的。

之前在別的地方也住過希岸清雅酒店，他們的酒店整體裝修清新自然，設施設備也相對齊備，床品也較舒適，是出行比較好的選擇。

房間挺大的還，但是這個衞生條件讓人不是很滿意，被子上枕頭上有非常明顯的污漬痕跡，希望衹是沒洗掉的痕跡，總之讓人看見挺膈應的。而且給的果盤裡橘子好幾個爛的，真不如不給
