四星的酒店，還是挺不錯的，住進去後，客房及時把忘記放在房間裏的水果小零食給補充上了，免費停車場也很方便，衹是退房後扣款時説房間裏的有償百歲山礦泉水被打開喝了，要扣幾塊錢，但事實是我們根本就沒有動過，這肯定是之前的客人用過的，前台三番兩次核實，最後把多扣的幾塊錢退了回來。建議以後客房認真查驗每一次退房的情況吧！其他的都還好，早餐也不錯。

每次體驗都有不一樣的驚喜，房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，晚上出去吃飯回來，房間又給小整理了一下，地巾、防滑墊都給鋪好了，給我們的感覺又上了一個檔次。北方這樣的服務不多，特別感謝705和721的服務，值得推薦！

週末出遊通過攜程第一次選擇入住獅子樓，酒店的設施設備有點陳舊了特別是衞生間，枕頭也不好睡。不過前台客房自助餐廳的服務不錯，餐廳的菜品質量有待提高，酒店的地理位置出入比較方便，客房的隔音效果很差，晚上11點多了還能聽到有孩子的吵鬧的聲音跟服務員反饋了，服務員回覆説沒有找到吵鬧的房間，（難道是我出現幻覺了不成，可笑）。總之酒店是一家好酒店有待改進的地方還有很多，要想長盛不衰一定要不斷完善、改進、提高。預祝你們越做越好。
