地理位置好，價錢合適，住宿舒適問。出門的左邊走不到1公里就能到海灘，出門右邊走大概兩個多公里就能到農貿市場。小區環境優雅舒適，安全。辦理入住和退房都比較便捷，就是附近沒有什麼超市商店，想買什麼日用品還要跑老遠。想去吃個宵夜，也沒地方去。

前台服務很好，房間空間也超大最主要是價格很實惠，交通也方便，因我帶兩個小孩入住，前台服務員還細心給介紹周邊景點，環境好，下次返鄉還會入住

一次十分差的住宿。房間衞生很臟，沙發到處都是污漬，住了三天都不敢坐；桌子，凳子，床頭，窗台，窗簾等等有不少灰塵，簡單抹了一下必須要用的區域，其他的也都儘量不碰了；床上用品感覺很臟，枕芯都發黴了，幸好我們自己帶的有一次性床單套、被套、枕套，勉強將就用了；杯子居然也有灰塵和蜘蛛網，感覺房間就沒有好好打掃，如果是較長時間沒有人入住，入住前也理應好好打掃一次。老闆也很摳，花了一兩千住三天，一天4瓶水，多要一瓶就不給，這也太不會做生意了。從來沒有給過酒店或者民宿差評，這次實在是體驗感太差了。

設施：傢俱電器都比較老舊，十年前如家的水平吧。
衞生：衞生非常差勁，壓根沒搞過衞生，估計是平時沒人住閑置了老長時間過年火了才放出來的存貨，具體看圖即可，我媽自己拿濕巾把桌椅板凳全擦了一遍，衞生間隔斷、窗簾全是歲月的痕跡，置物櫃抽屜甚至還有一堆垃圾，好在床單被套是換過的不然得做噩夢。
環境：環境還過得去，陽台還能看海雖然距離遠一點兒而且有爛尾樓遮擋但也算是海景，小區裏停車也方便。
服務：服務一般，電話給客服讓加床被子也是不情不願。
衹能説春節出遊太火，啥玩意兒都翻倍漲價，大家自己掂量吧。
