The owner is very nice. The room is quite large, with a 1.8-meter and 1.5-meter bed. The beach is downstairs. There's a small park and water park inside. The weather is very comfortable, making it a great place to bring children.

敏捷住宿性價比超高，這家公寓很不錯，衞生很好。海陵島的風景真的很OK，去過海陵島旅行，並留下了深刻的感受。首先，海陵島的自然環境非常美麗。整個小島被藍色的大海所環繞，沙灘潔白柔軟，海水清澈見底，真的是一個度假放鬆的好地方。漫步在沙灘上，感受着海風拂面，聽着濤聲拍岸，讓人心情無比舒暢。其次，海陵島還有許多美食值得品嚐。當地的海鮮非常新鮮，味道鮮美，價格也十分實惠。特別推薦當地的燜很和早茶，都是非常地道的海陵島美食。

性價比超高的公寓，小區環境優美，敏捷黃金海岸這邊人少安靜，走去沙灘好近。房間裏衞生除空調機外都乾淨，陽台就可欣賞到美景，淡季來這裏玩很划算。

衞生真差，沙發位置發臭，所謂的海景房也不是一線的，斜着能看到海，到那裡有什麼房給你什麼房，服務態度感覺還可以，退房也快
