This is better. However, the sanitary conditions are very poor. Although this room type is relatively cheap, the floor was originally between the 3rd and 6th floors. It is impossible to see the sea view at all. Can the merchant not write about the sea view room? You can't see the sea at all, besides. The toilet is not ventilated at all. The toilet is super ugly, and it smells like a drain. The bed is relatively soft and the facilities are relatively old. The parking fee for one day is capped at ¥30. This is quite cost-effective. We checked in in Building 10, thinking that we could check in directly, so we pulled all the luggage in. Who knew we were in Building 4. Pulled out the luggage again to 4 buildings, speechless😓

臟亂差臭的酒店，環境圖片都是騙人的，基本上是無管理狀態，住一晚要一千多，比招待所還差，勸大家別上當，到處破破爛爛，發黴發臭不是人住的地方，應該都達不到進攜程平台的要求，坑**！

房間是海景房，外面的景色好美，但是房間的熱水器壞了，後來第二天才換，廁所衞生差，一股臭味，還有清晨有陌生男人跳入小門，來到房間的大門，在叩門，陌生人還在廚房走來走去，太危險了！後來跟公寓的人確定了，不是他們的工作人員。真的是太可怕了，危險！

沙灘乾淨舒服，贊👍

唯一好處就是在沙灘旁邊，比較方便。1、停車場入口難找，10幾棟樓。分了2停車場不同入口2、前台服務態度差，發的訊息通知在p10棟，來到前台又説房間在p3棟，**我行李都大包小包拿上來了，一句話在p3棟，哪裡有房就哪裡，怎麼可能，太搞笑了吧，一句話解釋都沒有，一臉冷漠，3、去到房間果然還沒打掃衞生，這次一共訂了2間房，2間都沒打掃，一進門滿地是沙，床還是亂的，地上還有垃圾，催了幾次，一間3點多才來人，一間4點多才來人，而且搞衞生的阿姨還抱怨不停，應該是訂單多，來不及打掃，都是隨便打掃就算了一間差不多600，一間800，這個價格，這樣的服務和環境，真是受夠了！

至尊無敵海景房，視線非常棒👍！住的25樓，早上可以看日出，早晚落地窗和門打開對流，海風非常涼爽，都不用開空調。中午午睡躺在床上，透過落地窗可以看到海，採光也很好。就是有些設備稍微有點舊了，希望下次來老闆已經更新了。總體來説兩晚住得還是很開心的！#衞生剛到的時候地板還是濕的，估計上一批客人走了沒多久剛打掃完，地板還沒幹。#服務房間少了電水壺，打電話到前台，一會就給送過來了。#位置交通位置靠海，離海步行兩三分鐘路程。交通還算比較便利，有地下車庫，方便停車。#房間設施稍微有點時間了，如果能更新一下會更好。#早餐不提供早餐，不過樓下就有很多餐食店，價格稍貴，外賣可以送到房間。

陽江待了兩天，第一天住另外一家。第二天住一呆。互相對比，一呆房價便宜，而且衞生。。前台小姐姐太美了。。另外提醒大家p4樓對面海灘入口。快到沙灘處。有唯一一家燒烤攤。價錢非常黑。而且套路非常多。我問店家多少錢，但是沒有烤。店家説你和這個人去那邊看菜單。我過去，一看，我的天，那個價格嚇死我了。我説算了我不要了。人家又説。東西都開始烤了，必須讓我消費。扯了下。才順利脱身！！
