The hotel was beautiful and had an amazing breakfast. When we told that we were going on a trip for a special reason they upgraded us to a very big room without additional payment.
The staff was very patient and helpful!
The attraction amenity was a bit off… there was one worked that knew perfect English and one that didn’t at all which made it very difficult to communicate even via translate.

What can I say about this place?Simply AMAZING from start to finish! Check-in was a breeze,reception ladies are very helpful, one who spoke English took care of us when check-in. I think they upgraded us since I know I didn’t book room with a TUB😍 . The room was spectacular, stunning..ambience was great overall. plenty of lighting around the room, one thing was missing was a big massive mirror to look at yourself as you want to know how you are looking. They are very attentive, kept reminding me about my afternoon tea but unfortunately didn’t get the chance to try it out. the mini bar,soft drinks were replenished everyday with Passionfruits. they very awesome nice and sweet. never ever seen yellow ones before. I communicated them through WeChat and helped me everytime whilst I was there. I needed to reserve my transportation from another hotel, they helped me to contact the hotel since I couldn’t speak Mandarin/Chinese. they will go the extra mile to help. upon check-out I was given some souvenir snacks, which was a very sweet and humble thing..thank you so much..Honestly this hotel is the best, definitely ideal location by West Street..

Strategic location at the west street. Hotel is clean. Photography session is awesome with a professional photographer who direct you on how to photo. Photo quality photo. High Tea was amazing. Breakfast was average

Good location within walking distance of West Street and Restaurants aplenty. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Would recommend to anyone visiting Yangshou.

I really enjoyed this trip — the hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient, just near 西街, and they even provide breakfast, high tea, and supper desserts. I didn’t get to enjoy the high tea and desserts at first, but someone reminded me to go for it, which made the whole trip feel very warm — like there’s always someone you can count on and ask for help.
The hotel environment is also great for a resort stay — very comfortable and clean throughout.

Location 5 star, across is west street, but in quite area. Just a few meter from the hotel, we can find bank with atm machine, restaurant, optical store, fruit store, etc. It is so convenient for me when i dropped my glasses.
Room is new and very spacy. Breakfast is yummy,has many choices. My room has a balcony.
The most important thing i need to appraise is Chineese people here are very honest. My friend dropped a goldbelt abt 35gr in the hotel corridor, we then made a phone call and they helped us to send by grab. Staff is super helpful, thanks a lot👍👍👍
