Shijian Homestay (Yangshuo Yulong River Qiangu Scene District Store)

Love the size and cleanliness of the room, the hearty breakfast and the friendly recep! It was close to the wharf to take the bamboo rafting but recommended getting the e scooter to access everywhere with ease.

The hotel was very well located. The Li River is within easy walking distance, making it perfect for a relaxing stroll. You can also rent e-scooters and cars directly from there, which was very convenient. The hotel also arranged a driver to take us to the train station. The hotel itself was lovely, clean, and in a great location, with several restaurants nearby. The surrounding area is beautiful, and it was very quiet at night. The only downside was the bed – it was extremely hard. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

The room was the coolest one we have been to! Loved the scenery and all the facilities in the hotel. Recommended!

The room has a beautiful view and it is good equipped. The staff was helpfull but the linguistic barrier is a limit.

Honestly, this is the cleanest hotel me and my friend has stayed in ever since we traveled to China. The view was GOURGEOUS and for this price even i'm astouned. Our room specifically has a projector, a skyliggt, and a bathtub! Which for this price is considerably so worth it. The receptionist and staff are also so friendly, and can prpvide you with very good food recomendations. (Please excuse the ugly photo of the bathtub, me and my friend were hangging clothes there 💀)

What a wonderful stay we had! Our room was large, clean and had floor to ceiling windows with the most spectacular view of the mountains. The homestay made the trip feel more personalized than a big hotel ever could. The location was perfect for us. It had a small town feel, but a quick 15 min Didi ride to West Street. Or if we wanted, we could walk to a restaurant in town. We also saw a head spa on our walk back to the hotel and popped in. My husband and I received a wonderful treatment. They had 2 bikes for us to rent. The bike trails along the Yulong River was right in their backyard so it was perfect for us! I needed to do a wash of clothes and they let me use their washing machine for free (no dryer). Breakfast was so good. We would come down and 8:00AM and they had our breakfast (set meal, different each day) immediately ready for us. The front desk was so helpful. She organized a day trip River Tracing for us. I cannot say enough positives about our stay here and the people. We will remember our time here as one of our most memorable ones.

I love this homestay. The view was spectacular. The breakfast was okay. The service was excellent. The staff was especially very helpful and courteous to me. I recommend this 10/10.
