The view was perfect with the mountains and deers, and the hotel staff were all very friendly and attentive to the small details! Thank you to Taozi who also looked after us :) We felt very looked after and it was a wonderful stay overall, will definitely be back!

Our stay in Yangshou was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the service was absolutely flawless and truly 10/10. The staff were warm, attentive and made us feel completely at home. A very special thank you to Linta who went above and beyond in every possible way. She made our stay unforgettable and we could not be more grateful. This hotel is simply outstanding and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yangshou

來陽朔千萬不要定這家酒店！住的太舒服了都是不想出門，酒店設施服務絲毫不輸五星品牌的！有小哥幫忙拉行李、有8km內一次接送，冰箱飲料可以喝，本地的啤酒好喝，特別清爽。管家服務很熱情，回覆也很及時，環境也很滿意，佔地面積大，小鹿都被飼養的很好，很親人，還可以去領胡蘿蔔投喂！大堂還有貓員工縵縵可以擼！早餐的米粉很好吃，一邊看山看小鹿，心情美美噠，有配套下午茶，晚上還送甜品！酒店拍照打卡機位蠻多，泳池對面是個貓貓頭山，晚霞時候好美！房間洗護用品都是帕瑪爾的！用起來很舒服！

這家酒店超出預期地好，不僅有一次免費8km接送，還給我們免費升級了房間。小張，小羅還讓我們免費延遲退房，工作人員們態度和服務都很好，如果再來陽朔，還是會選擇我預訂這家酒店，有免費下午茶還多贈送了一人份早餐，每個崗位的工作人員都很認真負責，還送了兩份胡蘿蔔可以喂小鹿和孔雀，大家可以放心預訂這家酒店！

房間非常整潔，非常寬敞明亮的房間，酒店服務非常好，工作人員都很nice，入住這個觀🦌房間景觀超好看，房間裏面拍照也很好看的高級美學風。有送下午茶宵夜早餐。可以跟鹿拍照互動投喂。會推薦朋友來。管家linda很好人

各種酒店也算住了不少，也理解現在旅遊淡季要節省成本，但是多年來從未吃過這麼敷衍了事的早餐。兩個人，加上沙拉一共兩小盤食物➕一份米粉，要點烤吐司等了20分鐘，實在憋不住問有沒炒青菜，結果上了幾片白水燙生菜。400左右的商務酒店早餐都比這個豐富太多了，最起碼是個自助能吃上幾樣水果蔬菜吧.l晚上衞生間抽風不知道是自動打開還是怎麼樣，聲音很吵，就管了門睡覺，結果早上打不開，叫來管家被告知是自己原因反鎖了。請問我從外面關上門而已怎麼反鎖？
