The hotel front desk service was excellent, so thoughtful! Since we were traveling with a child, they provided a bed rail, which was a huge help. There's also a pool right in front of the hotel, and it's not too deep, just perfect! Our child absolutely loved it! We booked a room with a balcony, and the view was incredibly picturesque! Both the hotel breakfast and afternoon tea were very satisfying! It's only a few minutes' walk to Jima Pier, and renting an electric scooter from the hotel was super convenient! It's also close to nearby attractions, making it very suitable for families with kids! We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit!

The butler service was incredibly responsive, even setting up a dedicated chat group for communication – they fulfilled every request! The breakfast was delicious, and parking was free with EV charging stations available. Being pet-friendly was a huge bonus, truly a home nestled in the mountains and waters. With a 1000 sqm swimming pool and a 3000 sqm lawn, you can relax and admire the magnificent scenery, truly the ultimate in laid-back luxury! The hotel also offers a complimentary travel photoshoot, and the photographer was excellent, capturing some amazing shots.

My daughter looked adorable in her traditional outfit, and the final photos were cinematic quality, earning countless likes on social media. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, the breakfast was abundant with local specialties, and the afternoon tea was delightful and relaxing. Even the kids' club and pet interaction were perfectly arranged. No need to rush between attractions; we enjoyed a leisurely vacation right at the hotel. Our Yangshuo trip was made complete and unforgettable by Xishi Manor. Highly recommend for families with kids!

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I have to say, the environment is absolutely stunning. Surrounded by lush green mountains, the scenery is breathtaking. The room was clean and tidy, and all the facilities were brand new. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the details. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help, making us feel right at home. The breakfast rice noodles and afternoon tea were both delicious and featured local specialties. The hotel's photography experience was also a lot of fun and produced some great shots. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

We stayed here with our child, and the hotel's recreational facilities are great, especially the pool and the kids' ball pit, which my little one absolutely loved. They also offered a complimentary ethnic costume photo shoot. While the costume selection wasn't huge, it was still a nice touch, and the photos taken around the resort turned out really well. Room cleanliness was acceptable. Overall, it's a good choice for a short family trip, and if you enjoy taking pictures, this extra perk is a huge bonus.

We opted for casual clothes instead of ethnic costumes, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning, full of atmosphere.

A heads-up for parents traveling with kids: the hotel pool is beautiful, but please be careful as there are many sharp edges. My child fell and got injured while playing in the pool, and the hotel didn't proactively offer help right away. We had to ask them to take us to Yangshuo People's Hospital for stitches. After the incident, there was no follow-up or concern from the hotel. I hope the hotel will put up warning signs in the future!
