The staff at Lisa’s Hotel was super friendly and helpful with all our questions we had. they helped us planning a route we went on with bicycles we rent right at the hotel for the whole day. The staff was available on WeChat if we had any further questions or needed help. The hotel room was great. We slept like babies! Walking distance to the center of the city.
Highly recommended from the couple from Germany :)

Small hotel, beautifully decorated in public areas. Room size was less than desired.
Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the main tourist area at West End Street. Easy access to Didi cars.
Breakfast was a good spread, plentiful to eat and served in individual portions.
Laundry area was badly maintained, dirty, dusty and placed away in a dingy area. Hence, family had to forgo use of laundry facilities during our stay there.

I was really impressed with Lisa’s hotel. The hotel is about a 7 min walk from the boat landing in Yangshuo. Kelly was there to check me in and had great English skills. She was very helpful in booking tours for me and watching out for me. I had some issues with a scooter and she took care of them and asked how I was doing. You can walk to the main restaurant area in 10 mins or less. The room was tidy. When I found some dirt, Kelly offered to change the room for me. I would stay here again.

open since 1982 this hotel breathes the charm of a long-timer however the rooms are freshly renovated and have a nice Japanese style. The Restaurant offers top Thai Cuisine. A wonderful place top start adventures in Yangshuo

The location is in an alley next to West Street. It's a bit scary to walk at night. The public facilities are well designed, but the room is very small. The wash basin, toilet, and shower room are separate. The scenery outside the bay window is very beautiful. The elevator is messy and small. The guest room can be used by anyone, which is not safe. The room is still small. Breakfast is a fixed set meal.

The room was very nice. The housekeeper sent me the hotel address one day in advance. I got off the Samsung ship and walked a few hundred meters to the hotel that day. It was very convenient.

The hotel has an American retro country style, which is a decoration style I like very much. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and helped me buy a seat in the B1 area of Liu Sanjie. The hotel is in a good location, very close to West Street, a 10-minute walk away, and also very close to the Li River. I went to see Impression Liu Sanjie at night, set off three hours in advance, and walked 20 minutes to the Li River.
