真的是非常垃圾、非常惡劣的態度。停車説了不用繳費，後面硬是收了30。用攜程電話打了6次都不接！真的非常爛！早餐，衞生，都0分。前台那態度真是差到極致。大家一定不要踩坑

進店就感受到了前台妹妹的熱情，辦好入住之後帶我去停車，停車位置方便，就在酒店樓下，停好車直接就按電梯上房間。房間很乾凈，温馨。感謝前台小樑的熱情服務，讓我感受到了家的温暖

服務人員熱情友善，尤其前台黃女士就像對待家人一樣的有求必應、無微不至，非常感謝！旅店所在的位置去哪一個地方都很方便。西到桂林山水情、東到印象劉三姐、北至陽朔西街、南至十里畫廊、如意峯景區。近在咫尺的陽朔汽車客運站，有長途巴士到附近地區，也可以在哪裡購買前往陽朔高鐵站的車票，搭乘接駁車至鳳鳴旅遊集散中心搭乘專線巴士。
