Absolutely amazing place to visit. Really nice hotel , rooms are big and comfortable. They also offered first trip to centre for no cost using they driver. Asking at reception for a beer and some snacks at 12AM and they drive to shop to get no cost at all , just for shopping.
Very friendly personel, nice location and beautiful view. Definitely will stay in there when visiting again 👌👌👌

The hotel is nestled in the mountains of Yangshuo and gives beautiful views of the surrounding area. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The pool was very nice, and looks out over the surrounding mountains.
Even with few tourists because of covid, the staff had breakfast for us very morning and provided us with everything we asked for.
The hotel is a short drive into town and many of the local attractions. A very good location and a very nice place to stay.

Best part; the view from the pool. Absolute perfection. The rooms are huge and beds comfortable enough. We got the loft rooms with the bedroom upstairs, sitting room downstairs and a lovely little private entrance/garden. One cannot see the river from the hotel, but the karst hills are spectacular. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room so that our kids could be near us.
The only thing I think they should improve is the food. It was fairly priced, and certainly decent, but could have been better.

Facilities: Bad review, the TV has no signal and cannot be read, it is just a decoration. There is no phone in the room😡
Hygiene: Very poor! 😡😡The melon seed shells and bathtub towels of the previous guest have not been cleaned yet.
Service: Thumbs up for the front desk and butler service👍🏻
The restaurant is in name only. They said they won’t serve you at 19:30 and there will be no food. 😱😱House prices will go up during the National Day but they won’t prepare more dishes. I’m speechless.
The price of more than 1,500 yuan is absolutely unbeatable.
