Shajiao Bay Seaview Hotel

I've been a customer of Qunar.com for 8 years, and this is the first time I've given a bad review. First of all, the environment and hygiene are acceptable. The view of the room opened by the front desk was not good, and the boss changed it to a room with a good view, which I am very grateful for. However, the service is really hard to describe. I called before booking to ask if the room had cookware to use, and they confirmed that there was, but there was no mention of any charges. After checking in, the room did not have one, so I asked for it twice. The first time, the front desk said they would send it, but it never was sent. The second time, the front desk said in a sarcastic tone that it was like you guys who stay for a day, so there is usually no one. Later, the boss sent a rice cooker, and found a cooking pot in the back room. I asked the boss for an induction cooker, and the boss reluctantly gave it to me. There was no mention of any charges on these two occasions, including when the boss sent it. When I checked out the next day, the front desk directly gave me 20, saying it was a cookware usage fee. If I had said it in advance, I wouldn't have any objections. Why did you treat me like this before leaving? It's funny. I didn't come out to spend money to be treated like you guys!

很不錯的一次入住體驗，還有飲茶桌，距離沙扒灣有一段不遠的路，可以租在酒店的電動車很便宜！都是按日租的但是很安靜，房間很新，很乾凈。老闆很好人，很熱情。下次有機會來沙扒灣還要住這裏！
