Staying at Yangzhou Yingbinguan, I felt the full romance of a spring day in Jiangnan ✨. I took my mom on a trip to Yangzhou and was instantly smitten with Yangzhou Yingbinguan! From check-in to check-out, every detail perfectly hit the mark for aesthetics and comfort. Half of the joy of this trip came from this amazing hotel! 🏡 Living in a Jiangnan Garden, every step is a poem. The entire complex is a massive traditional Chinese garden, with pavilions, towers, small bridges over flowing water, and rockeries. In spring, cherry blossoms and crabapples are in full bloom, and black swans gracefully swim on the lake. Even the air is filled with the fragrant scent of plants and trees. We stayed in Building 11, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared welcome gifts: 'Mi San Dao', 'Xiao Mabing', and 'Niupi Tang' from Qilin Pavilion, along with specialty pastries embossed with 'Yangzhou'. The room facilities were also very new. Shuttle carts were available on call throughout the park, making it super convenient to get from our room to Quyuan or other places. It was so thoughtful for traveling with seniors, as they didn't have to walk too much! 📸 Hanfu Styling, bringing the spring vibe to life. The package included a Hanfu photoshoot, located on the first floor of Building 11. There were dozens of Hanfu styles, and the free options were quite good. If you preferred, paid options were an additional 100 RMB. We also added makeup and styling for 100 RMB per person. The makeup artist was excellent; even with many guests waiting, she was very dedicated. The photographer was also great, skilled at guiding poses. My mom's photos turned out gentle and elegant! We received 5 free lightly retouched photos, and additional retouches were only 20 RMB/photo, which was good value for money. 🍜 Quyuan, a Black Pearl Restaurant. Quyuan Teahouse, a Black Pearl 1-diamond restaurant, is conveniently located right within Yingbinguan, meaning you don't have to leave the hotel to experience it! It does get very busy, so it's a good idea to get a number in advance and then explore nearby. The hotel's own breakfast was also excellent. 🚶‍♀️ Direct Access to Slender West Lake, no queuing is a blessing! On the second day, to visit Slender West Lake, the hotel has an exclusive fast lane! No need to wait in long queues at the scenic area entrance; you can enter directly from the hotel grounds. This was truly stress-free for traveling with seniors (normal admission tickets are still required). The hotel garden seamlessly connects to Slender West Lake. In spring, Slender West Lake is vibrant with green willows and colorful flowers, with beautiful scenery at every turn. 🎭 Intangible Cultural Heritage Mini-Theater, an immersive experience of Yangzhou folk customs. During the holidays, the hotel arranged an 'Intangible Cultural Heritage Mini-Theater', which truly amazed us! Yangzhou puppet shows, Yangzhou Qingqu opera, and Yangzhou Pinghua storytelling were performed in rotation. The performers were all professional, and acts like puppet calligraphy and pipa serenades were full of Yangzhou charm. This trip to Yangzhou, Yangzhou Yingbinguan truly gave us so many surprises. From the garden landscape and thoughtful service to the delicious food and intangible cultural heritage experiences, all the beauty of Yangzhou was concentrated here. When traveling with your mom, choosing the right hotel is so important! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will definitely stay here again!

What a perfect holiday experience! As the old saying goes, 'March brings fireworks to Yangzhou' – and it truly lives up to its reputation. Our stay at Building 18 of the Yingbin Hotel was absolutely flawless, with no complaints whatsoever (and I'm not being paid to say this!). The location is undeniably superb. Even during the peak season in April, we didn't feel overwhelmed by crowds on a weekend. The 400-acre landscape offers stunning views that change with every step. If you get tired of walking, you can simply call the front desk or hop on a passing shuttle bus. The complimentary breakfast at Qu Yuan for two is excellent – just make sure someone in your party wakes up early! On Sunday morning, my mom got there at 5:30 AM to get a number, so we were among the first to enter and secured a table with a window view. We chose the indoor hot springs in Building 11, and the service there was also great. A special shout-out to Front Desk Staffer Xiao Zhang – she's so lovely and approachable. She upgraded us to a '閨蜜' (besties) king room and even included afternoon tea. Thank you!

You absolutely have to experience the Yangzhou Yingbinguan; it truly feels like a state guesthouse. The environment is lovely. They upgraded my room to Building 11, which is connected to the Hongqiaofang bathhouse. It's quaint and elegant, and while not brand new, it's very well-maintained with many mother-of-pearl (luodian) decorative details.

Doesn't feel worth the price. Over 3800 for a room, probably 3000 of that is for the location. Everything else was pretty average. We checked in late because it was 2 PM and the room wasn't ready, so the nice lady at the front desk gave us a temporary room to rest in. There was no farewell gift at checkout either, even though I saw on Xiaohongshu that people were getting them. I didn't say anything when I checked out. The evening tea and snacks were scheduled for 7 PM but never came; we had to call around 8 PM to remind them to bring it. However, the environment is truly amazing; a morning stroll there is incredibly peaceful and beautiful.

I stayed in room 8219 in Building 8, which has a balcony. I arrived at the front desk around 1 PM and was told the room was ready. The movable showerhead had very low water pressure. In the evening, a maintenance person came and said it would get stronger if I let the water run longer, but it actually got weaker. Luckily, the main overhead shower had good pressure. However, after a short while, the floor drain was slow, and water started accumulating above my ankles. The shower stall's water barrier isn't very high, so I had to shower for 5 minutes, then turn it off for 5 minutes. I was really worried the water would overflow the shower area. I had to shower in intervals, a bit at a time. On the positive side, the room came with a good selection of fruits, including large blueberries and green cherry tomatoes. The turndown service in the evening was generous, offering tea/Yangda yogurt/and small pastries. Building 8 is quite close to the Quyuan Tea Restaurant; it's a short walk through the back door of the Water Restaurant. The buffet breakfast at Building 8 is also quite varied. Unfortunately, the Mountain Restaurant was fully booked for the next three days. I ordered some dishes to go and ate them in my room; the taste was decent, but it felt like something was missing. The Water Restaurant is Western cuisine, quite expensive but has a nice ambiance. The lobster pasta, fried abalone, and roasted chicken were also good. Building 8 houses the Mountain Restaurant and Water Restaurant, and outside there's the Quyuan Tea Restaurant and a Lv Yang Chun tea experience shop. Aside from the unsatisfactory showerhead, everything else was great. However, the price was ¥1600 more than the same room type in Building 18, which made it feel a bit overpriced.

This hotel is right next to Slender West Lake, and the surroundings are beautiful, making you feel like you're in a classical garden. The hotel offers a shuttle service and a private entrance directly into Slender West Lake, which is super convenient. The grounds are picturesque, with stunning views everywhere you look. The staff are warm and attentive, and their service is prompt, especially the professional front desk team. And a special shoutout to the photographer – her skills are incredible! She perfectly captures composition, lighting, and angles, and she's great at catching natural moments. She's also easygoing and fun to work with, making the whole experience enjoyable.

I stayed at the Yangzhou Yingbinguan Building 18 last May and thought it was pretty good. This time, on April 14th, my friends and I stayed there again, but the experience wasn't great. It was really hot at night, and the air conditioning couldn't be turned down. Complaining to the front desk didn't help, so I had no choice but to pull off the duvet cover. Also, the complimentary lactic acid drink, which needs to be kept between 2 and 4 degrees Celsius, was just left on the nightstand. The toiletry bag in the bathroom didn't clearly state it cost 168 RMB; there was just a tiny tag on the bag that was impossible to read. For older people, it's impossible to see and differentiate whether it's a complimentary item or not. And the breakfast buffet definitely didn't meet five-star hotel standards. This stay was really disappointing.

Stayed in building 18. Got a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and spotless. We received a fruit platter both days, and the complimentary Quyuan dim sum breakfast truly lived up to its reputation. The Yangzhou Yingbinguan is vast, like a sprawling garden itself, with beautiful surroundings and direct, exclusive access to Slender West Lake. You can call for an electric buggy to take you anywhere on the property. The 50-meter standard swimming pool was clean with a comfortable water temperature. Underground parking is free. Next time I'm in Yangzhou, I'll definitely try out building 8 at the Yingbinguan.

Booked this for my friends, and they said it was excellent. The environment is fantastic, and the gym is top-notch. They tried both the hot spring and the swimming pool (which came with the 'Double Slender West Lake Hot Spring ticket' or 'Double Hongqiaofang Hot Spring ticket' – they had to bring their own swimsuits and caps, and chose one of the two options), and found them both great. Breakfast was good too. My wealthy friend said she'd definitely come back!
