The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

The resort grounds are beautiful. The room was great with the outside tub. It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

What a amazing resort , one of my best holiday place to live . Far away from city busyness . Wonderful location , staff is wonderful . Such a beauty . Highly recommended.

The hotel has a good environment, quiet surroundings, close to the Wetland Park, and you can go around nearby. The room is also very big, and the hot spring bath is very good! The butler service is very attentive and enthusiastic! However, the hygiene of the room is a little lacking and the bathroom floor is a bit dirty. I hope it will improve in the future and come back next time!

The resort is okay, even if you take the kids to take a nap in the afternoon, there is basically not much entertainment. If you want to reorganize the farm, you can raise a few more types, such as sheep, geese, and rabbits. It is recommended that there be shuttle buses inside the resort or at various locations in the resort to pick up and drop off. Either you get an electric car or something, or you go on vacation. Walking back and forth doesn't give you any sense of experience. There's nothing dark around five or six o'clock in the evening. Even if you want to eat skewers, you have to drive more than ten kilometers. Won't consider staying again
