房間空間夠大，乾淨整潔，適合情侶出遊，及家庭親子出遊或者獨自旅行都可以，對面就是延吉公園，風景超美，夜景也漂亮，離延邊大學，網紅街很近步行就可以過去，以後來還會選擇，也會推薦朋友來住

房間衞生沒有問題，設施稍微老舊，離水上早市，西市場，網紅牆，延邊大學都可以步行十幾分鍾到達，出行還是依託平台更安全可靠些

地理位置好，馬路對面就是公園，夜景漂亮。水上市場和網紅牆都是一站路，步行可達。就是續住了一晚碰到了變電箱着火停電整晚，雖然老闆也積極協調了附近民宿住了，但是因為要拿長者晚上的葯物，爬了26層樓，有點累。

在攜程上找了並比較了一翻，定了這家，我訂房的標準是地段要方便，這家就做到了其次房間乾淨整潔，房東小姐姐很熱情，教我怎樣開箱子和開門，有的友友們説床太硬，老闆己經換了很柔軟的床，房間裏一應聚全，冰箱洗衣機智能馬桶都有，我這房間是20樓打開窗户正前面是公園、小河及水上市場，左手邊望去是網紅的延邊大學，右手邊是延吉最大的西市場，好想多玩幾天，無奈連程高鐵票和機票己訂，以後會帶家人來玩的

圖片完全不同，感覺拍照時做廣告專門把房間佈置過，等你住就不是了。關鍵睡覺時床下居然有黴味，估計是不含得拆切掉床下泡過水的發黴地塊連床邊都有黴點
