我不知道要怎麼評價合適，進入房間第一眼蠻好蠻乾淨，實在不理解為什麼網上評價不高。早餐非常棒，吃飯的人不多，菜品非常多，服務員非常熱情。第二天早早趕回了酒店，在明亮的光線下確實看到了地毯非常不乾淨，馬桶又湊巧壞了。找了服務員之後重新收拾過，雖然波折，但是總的還過得去。第三天的問題出現了，入住第一晚的時候我跟同伴的身上起了幾個包，第二晚又多了幾個，當時搞不懂哪裡的狀況，直到第三天我們發現了地毯裏的蟲子。整體體驗感差強人意，二分是送給早餐廳的。

導航去御芙蓉貴賓樓，否則你會找不到住宿的地方。住的是沒有電梯的小別墅。房間很大，洗澡水也不錯，早餐比較豐盛，有牛奶、水果、温麪，餐廳和辦理住宿的男士服務態度特別好，辦理住宿的那位女士不敢恭維，因為在攜程顯示“有電梯”，我就問怎麼沒電梯，那位女士直接讓我退房，我説都下午六點多了退不了了，再説你這個點讓我退我怎麼住宿？那位男士説幫我把行李拎上去，走的時候再喊他拎下來，他這麼一説我都不好意思了。總的來説不驚艷，還可以，三星半吧。

春節期間住了兩天。
第一天是家庭房。
房間很寬敞，衞生也很不錯。
衹是熱水不是很熱。沒能泡澡。
就簡單沖了一下。
第二天換了標準房。
晚上完全沒了熱水。😭
説是一下子住了很多人，天氣又冷。
熱水量有點不趕趟了。
早餐兩天都是水餃。

不小心打碎了牙刷玻璃杯，叫我們賠20元，很普通的一個牙刷玻璃杯也就5元以內，還叫我們賠20元 ，住了2個晚上共花了3262元，賠20元感覺太過分了。

前台服務很好！這次帶朋友去，第一次入住，衞生乾淨，洗澡去浴區稍麻煩些，但環境很好，還可以汗蒸，算是一大亮點啦！下次還會首選。

御芙蓉酒店吃了頓飯，覺得檔次還不錯，就訂了這個酒店，但住宿和吃飯真差挺多。
房間沒有淋浴，必須去樓下公共浴池洗，入住衹能洗一次，想再沖澡不可以，就非常不方便也不人性化。
公共浴池也不好，洗完出來居然沒有毛巾，還冷，瑟瑟發抖等毛巾。
另外，房間的一次性拖鞋有股很刺鼻的味道，拆開包裝就充斥整個房間。體驗比較糟糕。
