地理位置優越，出了小區門走十來分鐘就是中國朝鮮族民俗園、恐龍王國、恐龍博物館、金豆劇院、延吉市歷史文化博物館，小區門外都是旅拍。
民宿在小區最裡麪，環境很好很靜。所有設施都很齊全，店家考慮得很細緻。可以住6個人。店家人很好。推薦。

房主會把入住離開時間都提前問好，打掃好。介紹了個司機帶着去圖們。房間乾淨，裝修新，入住位置很安靜，本人就喜歡安靜！房屋通風可以再提升一下。

老闆熱情周到，位置距離民俗園非常近，房屋與圖片一致，乾淨、整潔，裝修風格現代、大方，房間設施質量不糊弄，位於小區後面，私隱性好，價格不貴，性價比非常高，適合親子家庭出遊。

民宿特別好，寬敞明亮 衞生乾淨 浴巾毛巾都是一次性的，馬桶自動沖水加熱，位置離恐龍王國很近。老闆人也好回覆及時熱情，很好的一次體驗。

首先，房間是一單元一樓，整個小區最角落，旁邊就是未開發的大石頭。從小區門口步行要走7分鐘左右。
其次，房間沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有椅子，沒有衣櫃，沒有洗手液。
再次，房間衹有兩個非常小瓶子的洗頭膏和沐浴露，衹能一個人用。（我定的是兩室一廳，入住四人的房間）。房間衹提供兩瓶水。廁所門鎖是壞的。整個房間衹有客廳有一個掛式空調，卧室裏麪沒有空調。
最後，房間晚上蚊子非常多，我們四個人都被咬了，一晚都沒睡好，我早上起來就打死3隻！
那為啥不點蚊香呢？因為房東沒提供！！！
以上是我入住的所見和體驗，我也不加個人喜好，就是直接把實事反應給大家，好壞大家自己看吧！

性價比很高，我們是從長白山過來延吉拍照的，離着民俗園也很近，房間整體風格非常的簡約大氣，配的配套設施也很齊全，很有家的感覺，入住體驗也十分的好，房東積極的跟我們溝通，非常的棒

裝修的温馨簡潔，屋子裡挺乾淨的，停車也方便，離恐龍王國、博物館很近，帶孩子來非常推薦！性價比很高，比住酒店寬敞舒適！
