先説一下優點:
1、位置優越，去哪都不算遠，吃的玩的
2、衞生也無可挑剔，有一次性拖鞋，有水，有吹風機
3、晚上睡覺後很安靜
建議:
1、鬧市區停車不太方便
2、沒有電梯
3、房間不太大，格局一般，床頭沒有牀頭櫃，充電不方便

很乾凈，好像是日式裝修，裝修的不錯。
位於市區中心地帶，到幾個市場都不遠。
沒有電梯，衞生間的淋浴噴頭掛架有點小問題。

一個人來的，賓館就在西市場附近，離水上市場女人世界等地方都很近，還有很多熱門餐飲店都在這附近，走路就可以到達。房間非常乾淨整潔，床鋪舒服，還可以吹空調，前台姐姐也特別和善負責，完美的住宿讓旅行都快樂了不少。唯一的小缺點是沒有電梯，最高四樓提行李箱會有些困難。但是瑕不掩瑜，下次來玩我還要住這裏。

房間裏有個台階，很容易崴腳。衞生間不是乾濕分離的。沒有電梯沒有停車場。離延吉百貨大樓步行10多分鐘。
