這次入住體驗遠超預期！首先，地理位置無敵，步行到廣場僅需1分鐘。前台服務特別專業，熱情周到，為我們快速辦理了入住。房間比想象中更大，裝修新潮，乾濕分離的衞生間設計非常合理。床墊和枕頭軟硬適中，一覺睡到天亮。最驚喜的是，迷你吧裏有個小冰箱，這個小細節太加分了！已經推薦給朋友了，絕對會再次光顧！

房間比較大，挺合適的，雖然臨街，但隔音很好，一點都不吵。前台和客房服務員都挺好的，熱心推薦當地美食，還很體恤老年人的口味，體桖南方人到新疆後對氣候的不適。早餐豐富美味。如果一些服務中的細節更完善一下就更好啦！

酒店整體裝修風格時尚典雅，趕上十一，辦完入住美女經理給我們送了當地手工酸奶。第二天離開的時候，聽説我要趕路，又讓我帶兩個雞蛋路途中餓了吃。早飯非常豐盛，餐廳服務員很勤快，衹要有人離開，就迅速將餐桌收拾乾淨。雖然吃飯人很多，由於服務員打理及時，給人的感覺依然整潔乾淨。
