設施：該有的不該有的都🈶️，這點超出預期，衞生間居然還有盆子和凳子，可能跟老年人多有關吧？感覺這裡有點像老年公寓。
衞生：總體還是可以的，但是還是有瑕疵的，比如床下和枕頭。
環境：停車免費，挺寬敞的，不知道評分為什麼那麼低！
服務：查核酸，行程碼很是認真，服務分人吧，比較冷淡，一點不熱情。
價格呢，怎麼説呢，過節漲錢都這樣，不過對比了一下同等酒店，十一假期北京城裡的價格也就3.4百，這就顯得貴點了，不過住的比較舒心，所以也無所謂了

位於張山營鎮，入口處就是派出所，感覺像住宅區配套的會所酒店，房間面積ok，簡單但也配套齊全，尤其是衞生間很大。國慶期間300+的房費算相當平易近人了。唯一就是酒店早餐太早了，7:30-8:00…附近幾百米範圍內有餐廳、加油站、核酸點，相當方便，距離高速路口也很近。

海垞驛站，在龍聚山莊裡，全北京最靠北的別墅區。背靠玉渡山，可以直接到玉渡山（可惜有人看着），所以去不了。這個賓館三星水平，按這個三星水平來衡量説的過去。前台服務態度很好，硬件設施就別挑了。疫情期間沒有堂食，有35一份的份飯，能吃飽。總之，還是不錯的。
