Runaway Cow Winery Retreat

Location: It's really remote. I knew it was far because it's a winery with vineyards, but I didn't expect the road in to be so narrow. We arrived at night, there were no streetlights, and it was very foggy; we could barely see the road. The hotel exterior was also dark, making the building almost invisible at night. Facilities: For this price, the quality is definitely acceptable. The bedding, smart toilet seat, and bathtub were all quite good. However, the bed was a bit narrow, and the bed curtains were somewhat unnecessary. I liked the scent of the toiletries—a lavender herbal fragrance. There's a gym and a recreation room. The restaurant was also quite good, with fresh, organic, and healthy ingredients. It's a fusion of Cantonese and Western cuisine, which we, being from Guangdong, enjoyed. I'm not a wine expert, but the winery tour, including the cellars, winemaking process, and vineyards, was available. However, since it was autumn, most of the grapes had already been harvested. And with rain throughout the National Day holiday, there wasn't much to see outside. The winery's philosophy is well-executed; the "to recover and rediscover" concept was quite therapeutic. Next time I have the chance, I might stay longer to relax and rest.

The ambiance was fantastic; stargazing on the terrace at night was wonderful. The service was excellent, and the place was very quiet and comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.
