一家7口入住，非常舒適，四間卧室都是海景房，去海邊就兩三分鐘，早上看日出也非常美，如果以後來煙台，還會入住的，房間都乾淨，生活用品建議自帶。

房子位置非常好，就在海邊，躺在床上就能聽到海濤的聲音。五間卧室中四間可以看到大海。
裝修很舒適，底板是大塊地磚，美縫線都還是嶄新的。屋內設施也很全，熱水器，空調，電視，冰箱，洗衣機都是新的。一共五張大床，床墊軟硬適中，毯子很乾凈，沒有異味。
老闆也很熱情，溝通及時，特別貼心的是還提前準備好了瓶裝水。

超級好的房東，雖然沒見面，但諮詢過程中特別暢通。而且有問必答，根本不會嫌煩。房租乾淨，可以自己做飯，調料齊全。我們因為前一天去了養馬島，着實沒得玩，所以第二天上午就到了金沙灘，中午有點曬，而且帶着孩子也該吃午飯了，就回公寓了，但實際還沒到兩點入住時間，過去時長者還在忙着打掃衞生，看着叔叔滿頭是汗，我都有點過意不去。房東一家人都特別隨和！感恩遇見，以後再去還會去住您家。
