We found this place by accident but thank goodness we did! Our 1 night stay was amazing! Perfect hosts, beautiful room and amazing breakfasts in the morning. Extremely friendly hosts who were more than happy to recommend a nearby pub for delicious home cooked food. Will definitely stay again 😍

A very interesting and characterful building. The room was superb.Upmarket tone with lovely touches. Fantastic comfortable bed, great shower etc. The breakfast was freshly prepared to order and again was really good with unusual touches and evidently high quality ingredients used. The owners were very pleasant and welcoming.Absolutely no complaints.

Absolutely lovely . Everything thought about for complete comfort . Spotlessly clean .
Sympathetically furnished. Wonderful breakfast choices , cooked freshly for us .
Information regarding local pubs and restaurants for evening meals is provided . Everyone was so friendly .

A great 1 night stay. Warm welcome upon arrival. Free parking. Beautiful surroundings Fridge downstairs to help yourself to milk and juice. Bedroom spotless, towels in bathroom smelt amazing! Toiletries provided. Comfy bed in the Keats room. Breakfast lovely with plenty more of choice.

I was looking for a bed and breakfast in the area as I had to go to Devon to see a client. This property from what I could see suited my needs and I wasn’t disappointed. Very comfortable room with a lovely bed and an excellent breakfast before a 400 mile drive up north. Will happily stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it.

This is a superbly run establishment. The owners really care and take pride in what they do. A converted Victorian village school, set upon a hill, with panoramic views over the glorious Devon countryside. My room was situated on the first floor, end gable, with the most beautiful window. The double bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and the en-suite shower room, light, modern and airy. my cooked breakfast was delicious. Free parking in the old school playground. Give me detention any day!

The property used to be a school I never went to it I went strait to Honiton.The church across the road I used to go to and my Mother and Father are buried their.
As I live in Canada now I wanted to pay my respects to them so renting their was perfect.
