El Mouradi El Menzah

The hotel was good for the 2000s but unfortunately no renovations have been made on the staff side, catering or even in the building itself. The ALL IN was very basic with powdered juices a typical food that makes us sleep every hour of the day. the room was in poor condition, the bathroom full of mold and the insulation was not up to standard at all. It would be better to look for another hotel to have a pleasant stay. we are very disappointed.

Unfortunately, the facility was very old and often broken. There was no minibar in the room, even after asking several times this was not fixed although they assured it. Pieces of furniture in the room were broken and some of the furniture in the restaurant was also broken. The air conditioning broke out occasionally, luckily started running again on its own. The food was only acceptable on the first day, after that it wasn't that tasty anymore. Some of the food that was freshly prepared was so long in line that you had to queue for half an hour or longer. The breakfast was ok and the pizza and ice cream in the afternoon were good too. The specified stretch of beach was a joke, dirty and very small. In our room you could only go to bed after 2am, since next door there was a party every day and this at a volume that you could hear extremely through the closed window, so not so suitable for families with children.

Wonderful stay

Be careful, the hotel el Mouradi Menzah is not a 4 star. Strongly disappointed, you have to go at least 10 times to the reception to claim missing service!!! We were greeted coldly, no drink offered or offered. The hotel is dilapidated, no mini bar or safe in the rooms. I paid too much for this hotel which is not worth it. The restaurant is not terrible, disappointed with the breakfast, no local specialty. Unlimited drink in my all inclusive but nothing is drinkable, the coffee tastes of mold it's horrible!!!!! The mini club is dilapidated and poorly maintained, the entertainment team is not varied and is boring… I haven't put my children in for a single day. They have no interaction with hotel guests. At the restaurant we cleaned our tables alone and we went to get our cutlery because we couldn't count on them. And when they see you doing it, they don't care!!! The pool slide is old. The pancakes at the snack are very average and you have to queue everywhere, even for the ice cream. The pieces of pizza offered at the snack bar are a shame!!! Small pieces badly cooked and given the wait we can not take more than 3 miserable part of 2cm square !!!!!! I don't understand why it is rated 4/5, overly positive reviews are distorted. The worst when paying with trip.com, it just guarantees the borrowing of the credit card for the reservation and payment is made on site!!! LIE, when I arrived at the reception he had already debited me!! !!! In addition when we dare to claim the reception we have the right to a look that kills!!!!! So disappointed or not I couldn't leave! I was in a hurry to return to France, the Tunisians were cold as I had never seen and yet I went there often. Very very disappointed with my stay and what trip.com sold me. I got scammed. By the way, old TV that does not pick up any channels and I fell into a room that had been changed for me, the window of which did not close. I heard all the animation on the sea side!! Horrible.

I recommend the hotel chain El Mouradi for its delicious food and comfortable rooms, I will come back one day.
