Wifi coverage. bad signal dropping out regularly, also having problem with wifi password log in. As it is now winter time, air con only provide heating. Room feel warm and stuffy, room lighting is also minimal with only three lamp shade and look dark.

We stayed at the hotel as a family for an organization between 18-21 July 2022. Although the physical conditions of the hotel are good, it is even less than zero in terms of service. There was a worm in the raw meatball lettuce for dinner and a fly in the cheese for breakfast. They both have videos. When I told the reception that I wanted to discuss the situation with the authorities, they did not even respond. I won't go again. I wouldn't recommend it either.
