Charming barn conversion on the edge of the West Pennine Moors. Stunning rural views over farmland looking west towards the Fylde Coast. All towels, bed linen, heating etc provided. Well-behaved children and dogs welcome. Secure rear garden, and off-road parking for up to 2 vehicles. Spacious farmhouse kitchen with dual-fuel range cooker. Lounge with feature window, showing the stunning views across the garden and beyond. 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, and 1 family room with double (bottom) bunk and single (top) bunk, plus cot. Travel cot also available which can be put in any bedroom. Bathroom with shower, bath, WC and basin. Downstairs utility room and WC. "I like this hotel and have stayed here a few times. It is well located near Blackburn just off the M65 at junction 5. The on site pub is nice and there are also numerous places nearby where you can socialise and eat and drink.
The room is of a high standard and modern, the bathroom is more than adequate for shaving or doing makeup properly. The room was warm and comfortable even though it was quite cold outside.
Check-in is straight forward and handled in the adjoining pub. Once you have checked in your key card gives you access into the hotel accommodation. There is a night porter available when the pub is closed but you won't see staff in the hotel accomodation apart from housekeepers in the morning so it's useful if a little discretion is required."

"Easy to find. Parking a short distance from entrance. If you are in anyway disabled you can drop off my main entrance but cannot park.
There is no lift in the hotel so if disabled you are going to need to ask for a ground floor room. I didn't know there was no lift so they had to quickly change my top floor room to ground floor room. They did this effortlessly despite being fully booked.
The room smelt unpleasant so I kept window open and used air freshener.
There was no remote for the TV and when they found a spare remote, the TV didn't work. They brought in a second TV and the manager was a hilarious man who made me roar with laughter as he tried to resolve the issues.
The food was good. I stayed two days. I would come back."

"The baptism occasion was very good with the location to take pictures and the standard of the buffet was excellent with a good bar choice and service
We stayed overnight but when the festivities had ceased there was no one in the bar and no food service which was a pity the staff served drinks when required and were very polite and available
The room was basic and did the job for a short stay (1 night ) didn’t have breakfast it seemed a bit pricey for the choice
But overall it did the job in a nice setting"

"Very conveniently located, spacious car park but standard breakfast, a definite choice for transit travellers.
Stayed here with for one night, hotel is clean and room was spacious with styled furniture. Breakfast lacked a bit variety. Beds were hard. There were some events there at the same time we were checking out so it was a bit busy in the reception area."
