The hotel impresses with its stunning cantilevered infinity pool and breathtaking views, exceptional location, clean and well-maintained rooms, and friendly, helpful staff.

It was a scenic place with a lovely view from every where on the hotel. It is a boutique hotel, however the staff are under the impression that it is a city hotel. We experienced a very bad Service from front office staff, no one came along with us to the room and no explanation from them about the activities available on the hotel irrespective of the dedicated naturalist available. We enquire many times from naturalist about the activities available and his response was always with a restriction. No way to request any room service ( no phone in the room and no number or person allocated for us), we have to go all the way to restaurant to make any request. No one available even on the front desk and it was all the time empty, team was in a locked room. During our stay we ordered a high tea, snacks and sweet items provided was in very bad taste and sandwiches was made from old bread, no one cares even after we complained about the same. Will not recommend to any one looking for relaxing holiday over here.

We only ate dinner, but this was a fantastic experience. We were shown around the hotel which was tempting to book as it was just amazing (we already had another booking). The view is again amazing. The food was sooooooooo amazing as well and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this place.
