Great location and easy access to Kyoto station. The hotel provides free luggage storage after check out - very thoughtful! We have 2x 28 inch luggage and 2x 20 inch carry on, a little squeezy but it's doable. Overall, comfy stay and I will stay here again!

The service provided by the hotel was great. We requested the adjoining rooms by email before check-in and their response was super fast. Excellent communication! The gentleman who was an English native speaker from the reception was very helpful. He helped us to use Yamato delivery to post our luggages to Tokyo. Really appreciate it!The rooms were clean and comfy. The toiletries provided by the hotel were nice. We enjoyed our 2 nights staying at the hotel.

The dryer in Hotel is not very effective; it struggles to dry even a few children's long pants. Fortunately, there is a coin laundry facility opposite the hotel, which you can utilize. Additionally, please note that the room is relatively small.

Very good hotel and a lot of pleasant surpises from the thoughtfulness of the management. Rooms and hot communal bath are very well and clean.

It was really near Kyoto Station. Breakfast was okay. Staff was really nice. Room is considered big for a Japanese hotel room. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. There's also a hot bath and the pyjamas are cute. Will stay here again!
