Проживали семьёй (сыном 12 лет), с 5 по 7 января, номер на 41 этаже, эффектный вид на город с окон из номера даже смотровая площадка не требуется.Номер удобный, чистенький, посещали СПА комплекс. Остаются приятные впечатления об отеле, (хотя у нас огромнейший опыт проживания в различных отелях). Обязательно приедем к вам "Высоцкий".

Из отеля действительно открывается шикарный вид. Панорама. Что касается остального есть небольшие недостатки, на мой взгляд. В отеле совершенно ничего нет для маленьких детей, могли бы сделать какую то игровую. В ресторане, в котором подают завтрак такая пустота, пустой серый зал и столы, ну совсем ничего там нет. Для 5* отеля скучновато. Зона для курения очень маленькая, одна на всех, плохой вытяжкой и редкой уборкой.

Испортили все настроение, отсутствие желания решить вопрос, компенсировать испорченый день рождения! Отказали в услугах описанных на сайте, входящих в стоимость номера! Номер не стоит своих денег! Персонал не клиентоориентиронанный! Администраторы не рассказывают где проходят завтраки и другую «ценную» информацию, а позже обвиняют гостей в том, что они пропустили эту информацию или попросту не расслышали!

Незабываемые ощущения от отеля, все на высоте ! Шикарный вид из панорамных окон на город. В цену включён завтрак и спа . Завтрак шведский стол , очень вкусный. С видом на город . В СПА 1 час входит бассейн и финская сауна .
