Идеальное соотношение цены и качества, за дополнительную плату был предоставлен ранний заезд. Из минусов - рядом стройка, но шума мы не слышали. Зато ночью слышали шум от группы подростков, которых было не успокоить. Сложилось впечатление, что данный отель любят группы (также в даты нашего пребывания была группа спортсменов, но они вели себя цивилизованно).
По завтраку - комментариев нет, так как не брали.

Новотель начал портиться. Увы.
Сервис в общем-то на высоте, номер по нашей просьбе поменяли на номер с одной кроватью.
Но двуспальная кровать оказалось с матрасом, который с одной из сторон был выше, так что спать было неудобно. Как может быть такое в приличном отеле? Сама кровать тоже 1,6 м- смехотворно для усредненных двоих посетителей, уровень недорогой четверки или тройки. Новотель, конечно, не слишком дорог, но с учетом плохого матраса выспаться очень сложно.
Остальное стандартно. Кухня в ресторане вечером неплохая. Парковка у отеля жуткая, город развел ремонтные работы так, что такси приходится ехать по тротуару.
Это, конечно, не проблема самого отеля, но неприятно.
