Utop Marina Hotel & Resort

Advantages : 1) Walking distance from Yeosu Expo Station 2) Odongdo Island is within walking distance, convenient to the aquarium and other tourist attractions. 3) You can get there in 10 minutes by taking a taxi or bus number 2 to Yi Sun-sin Square. 4) The refrigerator is very large and comfortable, and the ocean view is really nice. 5) Good price if you use it at a special price disadvantage 1) Is it a problem with the person cleaning the room? There is a strong smell in the bathroom. 2) The towels are old and look like they need to be replaced overall based on the image. 3) If you go at check-in time, there are a lot of people in the small lobby. You put your phone number on the pad and wait, but there are too few places to sit and there are so many people that it feels like a market place. 4) I was so embarrassed when I tried to complain that I didn't take a picture, but when I came back after leaving the room to be cleaned, there was a lot of hair stuck to the soap. They didn't replace it with a new soap, and my family only washes their hands carefully. What did they do to get the hair in the soap? I wonder if there was a lot of this stuck... I was embarrassed and just washed it with water and soap and used it, but my mother kept saying something about it. I was so embarrassed at the time that I couldn't even take a picture, so I couldn't complain. The cleaning person seemed to be a foreigner and needed training. 5) Lack of luggage storage service ＞ Only electronic lockers can be used for a fee, which is disappointing if you are not a tourist who will leave right away. It is a hotel with a really great location and facilities for the price, but there were a few things that needed improvement, and since these are areas that can be improved without a lot of cost, it seems like it would be much more comfortable if improved.

I like everything about the location, service, price, and room condition. However, I did not request cleaning, but I was grateful that it was done. It's a bit disappointing that breakfast is expensive~

It's a great place to visit on business trips and has a great ocean view. You must purchase disposable products for 3,000 won. The desk friendliness is outstanding. It is a good value hotel.
