The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the center of everything—close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, the street outside is very noisy, even late at night, and unfortunately, the room was not well isolated from the noise, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The only other downside was the lack of an elevator, which could be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Despite these issues, the location is definitely a highlight.

Хочу от всей души поблагодарить А-отель в лице замечательного администратора Ованнеса за оказанную помощь! В начале июля со мной произошла неприятная ситуация: трансфер, который должен был довезти меня в мой отель, по ошибке завез меня в А отель и благополучно уехал, ситуация произошла глубокой ночью, а я не обратила внимание, куда меня везут, т.к была уже уставшей и в Ереване была впервые. Администратор Ованнес радушно встретил меня и оказал помощь: помог связаться с моим отелем и поддержал добрым словом) Ещё раз выражаю огромную благодарность А отелю и администратору Ованнесу. В следующий раз, когда буду в Ереване без раздумий остановлюсь у вас!
