The first time I came to Yerevan, this store is in the city center, just a few steps away from the central square, and there are many places to eat around. The hotel maintains the consistent decoration style of ibis, the network is good, and the sanitation is also very good. Especially the breakfast, it's really rich and great!

There was no tissue. No hot water or kettle.in room. We asked for a kettle, but they did not provide.
No drinking water in room, when asked they said to drink tap water.

On arrival the clerk suggested I upgrade for 11 Euros to get a kettle and tea/coffee inn the room ! Absolutely ridiculous if a international chain cannot provide such things as standard why stay with them. Go to the Holiday in express instead same type of room,cheaper, with tea/coffee and breakfast included.
