The afternoon tea provided by the hotel is delicious, and the breakfast is rich and the dishes are very stylish. The service is high but the service is poor. The restaurant service staff will take the initiative to say hello but will not take the initiative to serve. The used dinner plates are not collected in time (we were the only ones having breakfast at the restaurant at that time). The service level is far from that of hotels in the same price range. The room is hygienic. Neat and well-equipped, the bathroom has average water output.

In addition, the room also provides free fruits every day, more than 5 kinds, with rich combinations. The small cookies taste good, and it is so pleasant to bask in the sun and drink tea on the balcony of the room. The whole hotel is not big, but the landscape design is really unique, preserving the original woods, especially several century-old trees and the scenery complement each other. Over a small hill, the hotel has also opened up a small farm, but now the season is over, and there is no experience of picking. The facilities are really good, and the supplies are all top-notch. There are gyms and swimming pools, although they are not big, they are enough. The service is sincere and enthusiastic. If you have any needs, you can get them solved within ten minutes with just one phone call. Two small cans of tea are also given when you check out. The packaging is exquisite and thoughtful. It is worth choosing among the resort hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai at similar prices. The disadvantage is that the transportation is not convenient, and it is suitable for self-driving. Except Xidi, which is within a 10-minute drive from the hotel, other attractions are 20 to 30 minutes away. In addition, there are no activities arranged in the hotel during the off-season, which will be a bit boring, but it is suitable for relaxation because the scenery is really great.
