Tachuan's autumn was made even more beautiful by this guesthouse. I searched on Ctrip for a long time, worried about hygiene issues, but this guesthouse really paid attention to details and was very clean. The moment I opened the door, the automatic welcoming ceremony from 'Xiao Ai' (smart speaker) was very touching. It's right at the entrance of Hongcun and the price is excellent value for money. The proprietress is very kind, and the young man who checked me in, Manager Xiao Wang, was extremely helpful with excellent service. From picking me up at the station to helping me find a car for my travels, he saved me the anxiety and exhaustion of not having a car in Hongcun. The prices were also reasonable. Anyone worried about drivers getting upset in Hongcun can completely entrust their needs to him. At the village entrance, he even used a small electric cart to help with my luggage. There are Hello e-bikes nearby, so you can go to Lucun early in the morning to watch the sunrise. Thank you for providing such a 'utopia' after my busy work. The hygiene was indeed top-notch!

Finally got to stay in the highly anticipated Hongcun century-old house B&B! The location is superb, right by Moon Pond, and as soon as you open the courtyard gate, you're greeted by the unique ancient charm of Huizhou. The entire old house is steeped in 300 years of history, with rich Huizhou architectural charm. The courtyard is exquisitely maintained, and you can feel the strong cultural heritage everywhere. The owner is particularly thoughtful, offering to pick up and drop off luggage at the scenic area entrance, saving us the hassle of dragging bags through the ancient village. The environment is quiet and pleasant. Sitting in the courtyard, admiring the upturned eaves of the old house, you can escape the city's hustle and bustle and fully immerse yourself in the slow pace of life in Hongcun. The service is attentive and thoughtful, making the overall experience fantastic. You definitely won't be disappointed choosing this place when you come to Hongcun. I'll choose it again next time!

The environment is quiet and pleasant, located right near the West Gate of Hongcun, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the scenic area. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very attentive and quick to assist with any requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with nice views.

Bring my mother to Hongcun for a trip 🧳, I love the service of Yinmo. It is very intimate. I specially arranged a quiet room in the middle, especially the delicious and fresh Anhui dishes. When I know that we have not eaten well, although after the meal, the boss also cooks in person. What an absolute pity...... that we only stayed for one night. It was a totally relaxing and perfect location for us to put our feet up after hiking for 3 days in HuangShan. We booked the detached grand suite which allowed us to have access to a whole traditional home with 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms had its own bathroom and toilet, heating... basically modern facilities and tastefully decorated. For me, it felt like staying in an old traditional home in one of the kung fu movies that I grew up watching. Not only did we have the whole house to ourselves, we had our own private garden (across from the house), where there is a swing, entertaining area and even a stove for us to light a fire. The couple owner are so lovely to deal with even before our stay began. They ensured that they are ready to greet us just outside the village at our arrival time. Please note that no taxis are allowed into the village and all visitors must purchase an entry ticket before entering the village. This can be purchased on Trip.com or at the entrance of the village. The owner lady was on hand to help us and showed us to our accommodation. She had even turned on all the heating in the rooms to ensure that we're nice and comfortable when we arrived. Map and points of interest were also provided for us. As we had to leave early in the morning (before sunrise), the owners happily arranged to have our luggage transported to outside the village where our taxi was waiting for us. It was such a pleasant and relaxing stay that, again, it is such a pity we couldn't have stayed longer. Definitely highly recommend staying at She De Yuan.

I can't recommend Muhua Hotel in Hongcun highly enough. I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The manager and staff were so friendly, accommodating, helpful, and hospitable that it truly felt like home from the moment I arrived. Every need was met with warmth and a smile, making me feel like family rather than just a guest. With its spotless charm and such genuine care, this hotel is a true gem. Thank you to the entire team. I will definitely stay here again.

The courtyard has a great design, perfect for taking photos and checking in. However, the downside is that during the day, many tourists pass by and even enter the courtyard to take pictures, making it very noisy. It's almost impossible to get some rest or a quick nap indoors during the day. In contrast, it's very quiet at night, and the ambiance is excellent. The distinctive Huizhou architectural style is prominent, and overall it's quite good. The owner also arranges for an uncle to pick up guests and luggage from the bus station, and their responses are very prompt. Courtyard No. 2 is only a five-minute walk from Yueyao Pond and the Ancestral Temple, making it ideal for early risers to snap photos before the crowds arrive.

Banyan Tree Huangshan 💚 For my dad's birthday, the hotel prepared a delicious strawberry mousse cake! We couldn't finish it because the portions were so generous 😋. There are three peacocks 🦚🦚🦚 in the courtyard (they are super smart and will come right up to you for food), and the scenery from the balcony is picturesque (the sunset was absolutely stunning) ❤❤❤. The entire hotel is filled with the Banyan Tree's special essential oil scent, and there's an essential oil diffuser in the room too. During check-in, the butler offered Huangshan Maofeng tea and special pastries and then introduced the hotel's evening ceremonies: 'A Night of Fish and Dragon Dance' and 'Intangible Cultural Heritage Iron Flower Display' ✨. Even though I've seen them many times on TV, the shock of seeing them in person is still indescribable!!! We also received evening gifts: a small Banyan Tree turtle doll and cookies. Since it was a birthday celebration, the Baiyun Restaurant reserved a central scenic table with breathtaking views. The hotel's signature dishes — Huizhou Maofu Tofu, Huizhou Smelly Mandarin Fish, and Huizhou Daobanxiang — were all incredibly delicious and perfect with rice! 😋😋😋 The important thing is that they weren't spicy at all! I feel like this is probably the best hotel in Huangshan City at this price point! Finally, a shout-out to our butler, Amy!

Guanlu Village was an unexpected surprise! ✅The rooms in the main building were very convenient and had a great view, facing the countryside. They were very close to the restaurant and parking lot, so no shuttle was needed. ✅The room design was wonderful. It was spacious, had a great view, and had all the necessary features! The bathtub strap and bed rail were thoughtfully provided. ✅The best part was that you could rent an electric car. It was very convenient for visiting Guanlu Village, Nanping Village, and other places! There were also activities, so be sure to check the official account. During National Day, you can go rice threshing! ⭕️They could have provided some children's washbasins. The washbasin is quite high, making it difficult for preschoolers to brush their teeth. ⭕️The restaurant could improve its cooking skills. 😂The service level could be improved, and the speed of clearing plates and other things could be improved. ❌The rural roads were extremely difficult to navigate, and the intersections with large vehicles were extremely dangerous. If you are not familiar with the road conditions or driving from other places, do not drive at night! !!!
