位置在一個小區裏面，可以直接進入，不需要門禁。房間很大很乾淨，通風和光線都很好，房租也不貴。房東很熱心也很耐心，有問必答。剛住進去時收了150元押金，最後退房時也全數退回了。

總體描述：房屋是兩室一廳一衞，沒有一廚，裝修風格屬於比較温馨類型，位置也比較好找，房屋周圍吃的東西比較多，有家幹鍋鯽魚的，裏面的菜價格有點偏高，小區左邊有家廁所串串味道非常不錯，值得推薦，其次房東人特別熱情，特別好，很多事情説的很詳細。
總體描述不好的地方：首先不好的地方就是床單被罩，太臟了，沒有及時跟換，也沒有做到一客一換，床單上還有很多毛髮，感覺臟得很，其次就是臉巾，太臟了，不知道是用過沒有及時跟換，還是洗不乾淨。其他地方衞生都非常乾淨整潔。
另外給房東提個建議：最好把廚房開放出來，這樣我們可以自己做飯，這樣比較方便，對於有於有些長租客比較實用，還有就是建議配個洗衣機，現在的民宿基本都有洗衣機，洗衣服要方便些。
