During the Spring Festival, I took my family to Yichang and booked this hotel. Overall, I think it's okay. The location is really good, it's convenient for food and accommodation around, and it's also close to the river to see the night view. The requirements for going out during the Spring Festival are not high, and a slight price increase is acceptable. The hotel hygiene is pretty good; however, the front desk service needs to be strengthened and there is room for improvement. It is close to Wanda and it is convenient to eat. Yichang is a beautiful city. I will bring my family here next time. The Xiaodu smart phone in the room is very convenient.

We traveled during the Spring Festival and stayed for two consecutive nights. Every night when I was taking a shower at around 9 o'clock, the hot water suddenly stopped halfway through the shower. I had to quickly wipe off the bubbles all over my body and call the front desk, who asked us to wait for maintenance. The attitude was that this was an accident. In fact, other residents also complained to varying degrees about water pressure and hot water problems. The hotel was basically fully booked during the Spring Festival, and even basic bathing problems for guests made people uncomfortable. They were really dissatisfied. Secondly, the room we were given was a side room, right at the elevator entrance, and they said there were no more rooms available. We paid over 270 yuan a night, and the living environment was like this. The bathroom smelled of urine, the toilet was easily clogged, there was a layer of dust on the door handle, and the shell of the bedside chandelier was also covered with dust. If it wasn't for the purpose of visiting the Two Dams and One Gorge, I would have thought from the pictures and publicity that it was a budget hotel similar to Hanting and Jinjiang. In fact, this kind of non-chain small hotel is really unreliable and would discourage people from staying here. If you want to visit the two dams and one gorge, you can choose a hotel within 3 kilometers. It only takes about 10 minutes to take a taxi to the Three Gorges Visitor Center at around 7 o'clock in the morning. It is impossible to walk to the Three Gorges Visitor Center if you stay here. It takes 25 minutes to walk and 5-10 minutes to take a taxi. It doesn't make a difference if you live a little further away. Moreover, there is no breakfast, and it is not convenient to have breakfast nearby. You have to walk a long way. Forget it, don't come to stay.

There was a dark mess on the sheets in the room, and I didn’t know what it was. After turning off the lights at night, the LED light switch on the dressing table was on but could not be turned off, which made me very unhappy! (I don’t like light when I rest). The water in the shower head gets cold and hot at times, and I don’t know why!
