Location was excellent, close to the Yangtze river... N has a people friendly Esplanade with excellent landscape n foliage.. Very suitable for a holiday.

The service was superb. I went to see Wang Yuan's concert and was pleasantly surprised to find a screen projecting Wang Yuan's image in the lobby. I was delighted and had to give it a good review. The receptionist was also incredibly helpful when I checked in.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were clean and hygienic, the breakfast was nutritious and plentiful, and parking was convenient and safe. I always stay at the Yiling Hotel when I'm on business trips; staying at the Yiling Hotel feels like coming home. The location is good; there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. However, the room I was assigned was right next to a conference room, which was a bit noisy. If that's not a factor, the hotel is pretty good.

Five stars for the service from the front desk and housekeeping staff! Thank you for responding promptly to our issues and bringing us various items on time. The hotel is conveniently located near the river and a food street. A small suggestion: improve the information dissemination system and ensure timely communication of customer information to the breakfast restaurant. Also, please provide more water glasses in the rooms.

I have to give this a 5-star review! Even during peak tourist season, the price was reasonable and not inflated at all – a testament to the quality of a state-owned enterprise. Most importantly, it happened to be my mother-in-law's birthday when we checked in, and they even brought a birthday cake – such a pleasant surprise! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yichang.

The hotel has a great location and offers excellent value for money. Although it's an older hotel, the room facilities are new, and the linens are very clean. The front desk service was excellent; they helped us store items that needed to be frozen. Getting a taxi to the visitor center was also very convenient and quick. We were very satisfied.

The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly, promptly addressing our needs and making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and tidy, and there was free parking, laundry facilities, and a gym, which was very convenient. The hotel is also in a great location, right on the snack street and a 2-minute walk to Binjiang Park. The scenery is beautiful, making it a top choice for business trips and a highly recommended hotel!

The room arrangements were terrible!!! They said they had no rooms in the main building and moved me to the annex. However, it turned out the annex had barely been renovated, and the main building was probably reserved for private guests or groups. The annex room smelled terrible! The air conditioner was incredibly loud! It also faced the street! Most importantly, the bed creaked! The slightest movement, the slightest turn, the slightest movement, and it was a creaking noise! I couldn't get a good night's sleep! I checked in the previous day and went to bed late, so I didn't want to bother toss and turn. I didn't sleep well the entire night! It was awful! They only catered to key guests! I booked a room in the main building, but they insisted on upgrading me to the annex. What a lie! I hope those traveling to Yichang for business or pleasure don't choose this place. It's only for private guests. The experience was terrible!

Awesome hotel! I chose this hotel blindly without looking at travel guides beforehand, as most guides are based on advertisements. I also prefer the more culturally rich Old Town area to the area near Wanda Plaza. In my experience, hotels with a city name or ancient name plus a hotel are usually established establishments with excellent locations and service. This one had been recently renovated, so I booked it without hesitation. I was definitely not disappointed. The service was excellent, the room was perfect, and the hotel was quiet. There was private parking, a washer and dryer, and a gym. It was convenient to everything. Surrounded by historic districts, there are tons of great restaurants, and the river is just a short stroll away. It was fantastic! From security to cleaning staff, the front desk, and the restaurant, the entire staff was welcoming and helpful, making me feel very comfortable. Ms. Deng at the front desk was especially helpful. She was very professional and responsive to my questions and requests, such as breakfast and other meals. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yichang!

The room was very clean and quiet, and the non-smoking room I requested was indeed completely free of smoke throughout the entire floor, unlike other hotels where the non-smoking rooms are just a facade. I had a very good rest. The complimentary welcome fruit, especially the plums, was delicious and not sour at all. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yichang.

Absolutely amazing! I went to this hotel to catch Milk Tea's concert. It's in a prime location, with stunning night views from the adjacent Riverside Park and plenty of food at the Jiefang Road Night Market. The hotel is very nice and clean, with free parking, free gym access, and self-service laundry. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they gave us local snacks and a support bracelet upon check-in. Oh wow, wow, wow! I'm so touched 555... I'm going to recommend this hotel to the world! Go wow!
