The front desk service is very good.
The room facilities are average, and the facilities in ordinary rooms are relatively outdated. The bedding is clean and dry.
Noise problem: I stayed next to the cafeteria and the blower outside was too loud at night, so I couldn’t even close the window. The noise resonated with my ears when I lay down, so I couldn’t sleep. I called after 1 o’clock in the evening to ask for a room change, but they said it wasn’t available. The next day I was moved to a regular standard room and there was some noise from the air conditioner outside.
The door has a big gap and the sound insulation effect is not good.
Others: The toilet is made of transparent glass, which makes the room look bigger, but the curtains in the toilet are inconvenient. Every time I go to the toilet, I have to run to close the curtains.

As soon as I entered the room on the first night, I saw a big spider lying on the bed. I told the front desk about this problem. The front desk responded that this was a good phenomenon and in the end, they changed rooms.

講實話，房間裝飾老舊沒關係，衹要乾淨衞生就好，但這一次真的是相當不開心。定的是商務標間，準備住兩晚，給的房號是210，因為到的比較晚，急匆匆的放好行李就準備休息，等打開衞生間就是一股陰暗潮濕下水溝的臭味，差點沒把我憋氣過去，排氣扇一直開着那個臭味還是散不了，上廁所都需要屏着呼吸。空調雖然運轉正常也有熱風，但是房間的温度就是不上來，始終是冷颼颼的，想到太晚了，也沒有去更換房間。
不過，前台服務員的態度倒是挺好的，第二天説明情況就換了305好多了，起碼陽光照射房間，衞生間乾爽，沒有陰暗潮濕的味道。空調製熱的效果很好，房間裏穿一件毛衣就可以了，感覺温暖。

位置很好，環境也很好，住在校園感覺很棒，吃飯也方便，樓下就是餐廳，以後附近出行還會選擇，房間內的傢俱和設施應當實用且易於操作。例如，牀頭櫃、衣櫃等傢俱的設計要考慮到人體工程學原理，方便居住者的日常需求。
