10月31日再次入住這家酒店，交了200元按金辦理入住，大堂服務員告知房間內可以抽煙，但房間裏沒有煙灰缸，入住後，給我送到房間裏。
我入住後，換了拖鞋，到衞生間小便，然後給前台打電話要煙灰缸，告知我“煙灰缸鎖起來了，房間不能抽煙，被衞生局檢查發現了，會對酒店進行罰款，也會對我罰款。”
我給周邊的酒店打電話詢問，回覆是“房間內不管吸煙，但是酒店大廳和公共區域不能吸煙”，果斷到東辰假日酒店大廳要求退房。
到大廳辦理退房時，大廳服務員説要查房，才能退按金。查房後，服務員説“你用了衞生間，穿了拖鞋，要扣款20元”。我説“這是什麼邏輯呀，誰進家不換拖鞋呀，小便又不會影響你房間衞生，憑什麼扣衞生費20元”。服務員説“這是酒店的規定，沒辦法、就得扣款”。然後服務員退了我180元的按金（入住時，交了200元）這就是明着搶錢呀！！！黑心商家💩💩💩
