This hotel was an excellent choice. When I encountered an issue and approached the front desk, employee 6015 was consistently patient and thorough, carefully answering my questions and proactively offering solutions. This demonstrated excellent service awareness and strong communication skills. They were also incredibly polite and thoughtful, extending genuine appreciation and warm wishes, which truly made me feel the hotel's personal touch and care. Employee 6015's exceptional service added many wonderful memories to my stay and perfectly showcases Junyao Hotel's high service standards and brand image. I highly recommend visiting Yichang! The hotel environment is excellent, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful.

Pros: comfortable bed, good location, good air cond probably Cons: i am sorry, what a filthy dirty hotel, from people smoking in the lobby, to the filthy lobby, full of cigarette smell, carpets coming off the floor, floor not vacuumed, lobby and room. My room smelt so bad with cigarette smell I was coughing all night! Couldn’t wait to get out the filthy place! Not sure where all the positive reviews comes from, room was cheap but you expect a clean room at least!

I highly recommend this all season, the newly opened facilities are new, a family of five came to live, the experience is very good, the elderly and children are resting well, the robot service is also very interesting, will come again next time!

I have stayed at Vienna Hotel many times. It is very close to Gezhouba Dam, and the No. 3 ship lock is worth seeing. The breakfast is OK, but the variety is not as much as other similar hotels. The price fluctuates greatly. The price of the same room increases by more than 20% in a few hours. I don't want to bother with it. Not moving will save the hotel money.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. In winter, she was worried that we would be cold at night and asked us if we needed an electric heater. She was very considerate. The air conditioner in the house heats up quickly, the bathroom is clean, and the hot water pressure in the bathroom is stable. Highly recommended!

The hotel has convenient parking and a good location. The hotel is in the center of the city, with several large shopping malls on both sides. The front desk staff was very friendly. They upgraded our room based on our two-day reservation. They also delivered fruits, snacks and sweet soup to the room every afternoon, and they were different every day, which was very considerate.
